Welcome to ChatsTurn Jobs (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, which connects workers with remote typing, data entry, transcription, and related digital tasks. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to register and work on ChatsTurn Jobs:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to perform remote work in your country of residence.
• You provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full name, valid email address, and WhatsApp number.
• You use only one account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts are not allowed.

2. Account registration & security

When you register, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to verify your identity or contact details via email or WhatsApp before activating your account or releasing payments.

3. Nature of work

ChatsTurn Jobs provides access to task-based work including but not limited to:

• Typing and data entry
• Document digitization
• Form filling and content formatting
• Other assigned digital tasks as listed on the platform

You are engaged as an independent worker, not as an employee, partner, or agent of ChatsTurn Jobs. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, and you are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and internet connection.

4. Worker responsibilities

While performing tasks, you agree to:

• Complete assigned work accurately, on time, and according to provided instructions.
• Maintain a reasonable typing speed and quality standard as required per task.
• Not use automated bots, scripts, or third parties to complete work unless explicitly authorized.
• Report errors, technical issues, or unclear instructions promptly through official platform channels.

5. Payments & earnings

Payment terms, rates, and payout schedules are displayed within your worker dashboard and may vary by task type.

• Earnings are calculated based on completed and approved tasks only.
• We may withhold or reverse payment for work that is incomplete, plagiarized, inaccurate, or submitted fraudulently.
• Payouts are typically processed on a weekly basis to your designated payment method, subject to minimum thresholds and verification.
• You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes applicable to your earnings.

6. Confidentiality & data handling

Task materials may contain sensitive or proprietary information. You agree to:

• Keep all task content, client data, and platform information strictly confidential.
• Not copy, store, share, or publish task data outside the platform without written permission.
• Delete local copies of task files after submission, unless retention is required by us.

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or duplicated work.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Harass staff, clients, or other workers.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Account review, suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, fail quality checks, engage in fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, pending earnings for legitimately completed work may still be paid, minus any amounts owed to us or disputed by clients.

9. Intellectual property

All platform software, branding, and materials remain the property of ChatsTurn Jobs. Work product you submit as part of a task may be assigned to the client or platform as specified in task instructions. You retain no ownership rights over submitted task output unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a minimum volume of tasks, or specific earnings. Task availability depends on client demand and your performance rating.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatsTurn Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of income, data, or equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
